Return and exchange periods:
If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the 30-day time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. If it is past this time frame, we suggest you contact the manufacturer.
How to return an item:
- Gather the items you want to return, along with the original contents, packaging and proof of purchase
- Fill out the RMA form (click here).
- You will receive an email with the RMA number and the address to ship the item(s) to.
Return/Exchange Time Frames:
- Returns/Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days once received.
- Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 business days after we process the return for the credit to reflect on your account.
- Exchanges will be shipped out within 7 business days of the receipt of the return.
Important Return/Exchange Information:
- The RMA number MUST be on the outside of the box. If it is not, the return will be refused by our warehouse.
- Items must be in a like-new condition. Items that are dented, scratched, broken, damaged, etc. may be denied a return.
- If any parts, including accessories and packaging, are not returned, a partial refund may be granted.
- If you received a free item, or discount, by purchasing multiple items together, you will lose that benefit if all items are not returned together.
- If the reason for return is not a result of a Manhattan Products error, you are responsible for the cost of sending in the return.
- You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns not received.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items:
If you happen to receive an item that is defective, the incorrect product, or if it is damaged in shipping, please fill out the RMA form (click here) and select the appropriate reason for return. Since it was our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Once the product is received, we will process it and ship out a replacement within 7 days of receipt of the return.
Returns lacking proof of purchase:
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
Bundle or Promotional Discount Items:
If an item being returned was part of a bundle or with a promotional discount, and everything is not being returned – don’t worry. We will reimburse you for what is returned, minus the value of the discount or freebie.
Refunds / Store Credit:
- Manhattan Products reserves the right to offer refunds in form of a store credit.
- The store credit will be issued via a coupon code, which can be used one time only.
- The coupon is valid for 3 months.
- Any remaining balance on the coupon code will be forfeited.
Manhattan Products may alter the terms of the Return & Exchange Policy any time.
