The Manhattan Above-Fireplace TV Wall Mount lets you install your TV above the mantel of your fireplace and lower it for a better view when you want. The 27" height adjustment means you can always find the right position to watch TV, and the mount's gas spring lets you raise and lower the mount with a light touch. The included T-shape hex key lets you adjust the tension for your heavier or lighter TV.
